Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35
- Orders under $35: a flat shipping rate of $4.95 is applied at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package's journey. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us at [your support email] and we'll help track it down or make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
